HarmarVillage Care Center is a 130-bed Skilled Nursing Center located in Cheswick, which includes a Specialty Care Program and a Center for the Memory Impaired. Amber Woods at HarmarVillage Care Center is a 133-bed assisted living/personal care center offering well-appointed private and semi-private rooms or suites, which includes a memory care neighborhood called The Elms. We are currently interviewing for our Marketing/Sales opportunity.

This Marketing/Sales role is a critical role at HarmarVillage and Amber Woods, assisting with the flow of inbound prospects and referrals, through targeted marketing, partnership development and community outreach.

 The position has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing comprehensive marketing initiatives designed to drive increased referrals and inbound leads, from partner care providers/services and individuals
• Establishing partnerships with third-parties (physicians, care centers, etc) to best fuel the referral pipeline, and drive new prospects
• Prescreening candidates for admission, and coordinating relevant nursing assessments
• Assuring the appropriate placement of new residents upon admission
• Submitting all insurance, financial and demographic information to the business office prior to new resident arrival
• Functioning as a representative for families, insurances, physicians and other care professionals, as it relates to resident care
• Collaborates with Admissions staff to expedite the admissions process

• 1-2 years of marketing/sales experience – prior experience in a health care setting highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Applicants should demonstrate a proven ability to establish positive relationships with strong initiative and self-direction
• Demonstrated experience in coordination of activities, ability to relate effectively with physicians, community agencies, institutions, patients, and families
