Woodhaven Care Center is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Center with a 30-bed Specialty Care Unit conveniently located in Monroeville just five minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike

This fast-growing center seeks Dining Services Aides to join its fast-paced dietary services unit. The Dining Services Aide will assist in food and tray preparation, help with service and perform a number of kitchen/dining room tasks, as assigned. Cooking experience is a Plus!

Day-to-day responsibilities of Dietary Aide include:

• Assisting in food/tray preparation, as directed
• Serving food to residents based on specific menus
• Serving food in the dining room
• Performing dish washing procedures on all meal trays, pots/pans, food service utensils and kitchen equipment
• Checking food requisition levels in each nursing unit, and replenishing them, as needed
• Filling in for the cook’s assistant on an as needed basis
• Ensuring minimal food waste, in both preparation, service and consumption
• Ensuring safe operation of kitchen and food service equipment

Requirements of Dietary Aide:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
