Laurelwood Care Center offers post-acute rehabilitation, short and long term nursing care within the 120 bed center.  Conveniently located off Route 271 (Menoher Blvd.), the Center is quickly accessible from virtually anywhere in Johnstown.  The RN Nursing Supervisor oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the Center and the general workflow for all RNs, LPNs and Nurse Aides. The Nursing Supervisor / RN Supervisor oversees significant day-to-day responsibilities and the general workflow for all RNs, LPNs and Nurse Aides.

RNs must demonstrate sound judgment, professional knowledge and understanding, and display a positive, cooperative resident-first attitude at all times. Candidates must have a Pennsylvania RN license or temporary practice permit. At the center of our mission is our skilled nursing staff, which is missing one thing – YOU! Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring.
