On-call LPN

Available On Call Hours:

• Evenings after 4PM Monday-Friday
• Weekend On Call shift: Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8am

Great Opportunity for an LPN looking for supplemental income!

Senior LIFE is currently seeking a LPN to fill a Weekend On-call position in a home care setting. The ideal candidate must have their own reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up to date car insurance.

Benefits of Licensed Practical Nurse:

• $30/hour for home visits
• $100/weekend stipend guaranteed- WEEKEND ON CALL ONLY (A separate added rate is provided for weeknights) 
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.65/mile

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Provide personal care and services
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, assistive devices, safety and cleanliness, feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.)
• Help maintain mobility, nutrition and hydration
• Perform other tasks assigned

Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. A request for exemption can be submitted and will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
