Overview

PACE Consulting Solutions, a leading Healthcare Management Company within Pennsylvania, is seeking a dynamic and professional Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team! The Onboarding Specialist works collaboratively with all departments to create, develop, and implement general (non-technical) training and orientation programs for new team members at Senior LIFE.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the onboarding experience from start to finish, partnering cross-functionally with HR, department leads, and managers to set our new hires up for success.
  • Coordinates logistics either virtually or in-person for onboarding sessions.
  • Provides support to managers and supervisors to improve role-specific onboarding and a seamless transition of new hires into their functions.
  • Provides support and acts as a point of escalation for new team members, resolves issues in a timely fashion any delays or obstacles in the Onboarding process.
  • Manages new team member check-in to ensure a successful onboarding experience and ongoing success.
  • Looks for ways to improve processes and practices across the training and development function.
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications related field, Business or a related field required.
  • Two (2) years of applicable experience required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrates professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to contribute to a team environment.
  • Maintains a positive attitude.
  • PC proficiency is required with software programs utilized in the department.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests (multi-tasking).
