Colonial Park Care Center is a comprehensive skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality whole-patient care. Through its comprehensive onsite services including cardiac, orthopedic, wound and memory support, our center has come to revolutionize senior care, helping its clients maximize their health, well-being and overall quality of life during these critical elder years.

The center is seeking a Payroll Clerk to compile and maintain AP records and manage a host of financial services for the organization.

This key position is responsible for the following duties:

• Payroll processing
• Wage rate maintenance
• Personnel benefit processing
• Processing FMLA applications
• Coordinating the hiring process
• Creating and maintaining personnel files
• Maintaining personnel and benefit databases
• Processing some accounts payable invoices
• Assisting with staff orientation
• Other personnel-related duties

• Candidates must minimally have an Associate Degree in Accounting, or related field, with at least one year of relevant accounts payable work preferably in a LTC setting. Applicants should display a strong working knowledge of computers and basic software/programs, including Lotus 1-2-3 and Excel.
