Dietary Aide/Cook
Full Time - 5:30am to 2:00pm
Kittanning Care Center, conveniently located off Route 422 three miles east of Kittanning Borough, is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Center.
This fast-growing center seeks a Full Time Dietary Aide/Fill in Cook to join its fast-paced dietary services unit. The Dietary Aide will assist in food and tray preparation, help with service and perform a number of kitchen/dining room tasks, as assigned.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting in food/tray preparation, as directed
- Serving food to residents based on specific menus
- Performing dish washing procedures on all meal trays, pots/pans, food service utensils and kitchen equipment
- Additional responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. Candidate must be able to provide driver's license or personal identification card at time of interview and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
