Harmon House is a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Center that offers Specialty Care, Rehabilitation, and Nursing Care on a long or short-term basis. As our center continues to grow and evolve, its commitment to providing non-medical services—specifically, fun, engaging activities—becomes increasingly important.
Responsibilities of the Director of Dietary include:
All candidates must be either a certified dietary manager, Dietary Technician, or Registered Dietitian; have a BS and/or associate degree in nutrition or hospitality/foodservice management. Supervisory experience is also required. Applicants must possess strong working/practical knowledge of menu and recipe development, nutritional standards and safe food handling, preparation and storage. Prior food service experience in a health care facility is preferred.
