Greensburg Care Center, which has come to revolutionize senior care in Westmoreland County through its onsite services, is seeking an Administrator to manage its caring team of dedicated staff. This modern facility has a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Center, which includes a separate 14-bed Center for the Memory Impaired.
The Administrator will be a key piece of Greensburg’s short and long-term strategic growth and development plan, bringing leadership, guidance, and support across all corners of the organization. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring quality service, resident/family satisfaction, and ongoing evolution across Greensburg Care Center’s care offerings.
Candidates must be strong leaders with proven managerial, budgetary, and strategic planning skills. Applicants must also have a minimum of three consecutive years of experience as Administrator at a single skilled nursing facility, as well as possess a current nursing home administrator’s license.
