Through its comprehensive onsite services, Harmon House has come to revolutionize senior care in Westmoreland County, helping its clients maximize their health, well-being and overall quality of life during these critical elder years.To continue its ongoing growth and development, our center seeks a Human Resource Payroll Manager to prepare payroll and aid in the management of various employee benefits.


    Responsibilities of the Human Resource Payroll Manager include:

    • Ensuring employee information and deductions required are input
    • Preparing all payroll-related reports needed for internal and external administrators/agencies
    • Maintaining employee files, vacation/personal/sick time usage verifying all appropriate information is received upon employment
    • Managing 401K plan enrollment
    • Adhering to all contracts related to payroll matters, and submitting appropriate reports
    • Paying all taxes and payroll withholdings in a timely manner
    • Oversight of Switchboard Department


    Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Applicants should display a strong working knowledge of computers and basic software/programs, an ability to work well under pressure and ongoing deadlines and strong communication skills.  Recent experience working with ADP and Kronos required.
