The Business Analyst will be a part of a project team with a focus on the functional aspects of the development of software applications, in addition to implementation, adoption and on-going support within a conglomerate of elder care companies. Additional project areas may include a variety of clinical, financial and supporting applications that positively impact operations. The analyst must demonstrate the ability to recognize improvement opportunities and gather requirements through analysis, support and interaction with the business partner that leads to developing strategies, specification creation, system testing and implementation of solutions.
This position does require an IT related Associates degree, Bachelor's preferred, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of demonstrated success in 5+ years of functional/business analyst capacity. Preference for competency in enterprise applications in a healthcare environment including clinical, EMR, financial and support software. Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a user support orientation. Professional demeanor and ability to interface with computer users with various levels of computer knowledge. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
