    Grane Hospice Care is searching for an experienced marketing/sales professional to join our growing team. The Community Liaison - Marketing candidate will ideally have previous experience in Hospice, Home Health or LTC marketing and a proven record of successful census growth. The environment is fast paced and results oriented. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link is essential. The job requires a high degree of “selling” services in the marketplace. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential.



     The position has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining positive relationships with existing contacts in addition to exploring opportunities for new business development
    • Regularly confer with SNF/LTC leaders to understand their specific needs and ideas for ongoing improvement
    • Track and effectively document into an electronic customer relationship management system
    • Ability to communicate effectively with members of the hospice interdisciplinary team, LTC/SNF contacts and the community
    • Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast pace, result oriented environment
    • Reevaluating and adjusting marketing expectations, guidelines and needs, as appropriate
    • Participating in relevant marketing preparation, strategic planning and business development


    • At least 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience in a health care setting – prior hospice and/or LTC experience highly preferred
    • Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or minimum of 3-4 years of varied relevant work experience
    • Due to the amount of  travel required all candidates must be a licensed driver and possess valid car insurance and reliable transportation
    • Applicants should demonstrate a proven ability to establish positive relationships with strong initiative and self-direction
