    HEALTHCARE PAYROLL CLERK

     

    Full Time - Blawnox, Pa

     

    To continue its ongoing growth and development, Practical Administrative Solutions is expanding its thriving team, with the addition of a Payroll Clerk. 

     

    Responsibilities include:

     

    • Review employee time information from timekeeping system for accuracy and completeness, and follow up on missing or unapproved timesheets
    • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
    • Set up new employees and ensure employee data is complete and accurate
    • Assist employees with payroll questions and issues
    • Assist with special projects, as requested

    Candidates must minimally have an Associate Degree in Accounting, or related field, with at least one year of relevant payroll department experience preferably in a LTC setting. Applicants should display a strong working knowledge of computers and basic software/programs, including Kronos, ADP and Excel.
