    To fulfill this mission, Senior LIFE is seeking hardworking, dedicating and compassionate professionals to join its team. Within this team, the LIFE Center is seeking a talented, experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator to oversee payroll and accounts payable/receivable.


    Senior LIFE is committed to enhancing the ability of seniors to stay at home and live safely in the community as long as possible by coordinating comprehensive healthcare and supportive services for our members.


    Senior LIFE is an innovative program that uses a team approach to provide seniors  with medical, social, nutritional and rehabilitation services. These services are provided at the Senior LIFE Center and are accompanied with in-home nursing care, personal care, and other homecare services as needed. Senior LIFE makes it possible for seniors to remain at home, enjoying the comfort and reassurance of familiar surroundings while receiving the care they need.


    Senior LIFE is a Medicare Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) operating as a LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) program in the state of Pennsylvania.



    This Clerk will work with many different departments and personnel, including clinical and administrative staff, with responsibilities including:

    • Managing bi-weekly payroll, including inputting and editing hours into the Kronos system
    • Reviewing and verifying expense sheets
    • Verifying new hire documents and overseeing several key onboarding tasks, including finger print scans and background checks
    • Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all claims are properly submitted, reviewed, routed, approved and processed
    • Maintaining an up-to-date database of employee licensing, vaccination records and personnel files
    • Distributing select HR plans, procedures and educational materials, as instructed
    • Carrying out administrative duties, as needed, including occasional front desk/reception coverage and filing


    Successful candidates will have at least two years’ experience in accounting and/or payroll within a healthcare or healthcare-related setting. A high school diploma or GED, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, XP) is required.
