    Pharmacy Technician Order Entry Manager

     

    Full Time – Pittsburgh 

     

    The Customer Experience and Order Entry Manager is a highly focused position that needs to ensure that Grane Rx understands and satisfies its customer’s requirements.  This management position helps in developing customer service policies and procedures to maintain excellent customer service.  This position manages the Customer Service and Order Entry team.  This position provides a key level of leadership and direction for the day-to-day operation.  Manager will work closely with Operations Manager, Production Leads and Pharmacist in Charge to facilitate and improve the order entry and customer service processes to ensure the accurate, safe and effective delivery of medications. 

    Responsibilities

    • Create, develop and implement the tools and processes involved in delivering a successful customer journey ensuring that there are no declines and that customer satisfaction remains high.
    • Develop an effective method of triage to ensure inquiries are handled in a consistent manner and receive appropriate responses.
    • Communicate these methods and mechanisms to ensure a consistent quality journey is experienced by all.
    • Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating and re-designing processes as needed.
    • Act as the central point of contact and continuity between the various functions of the operations, consulting, billing and marketing teams.
    • Overall responsibility for assuring team is using the customer relations management system appropriately
    • Work alongside the operation team by taking a collaborative and operational approach to assist in delivering customer initiatives with real value, thereby attracting loyal customers, nurturing existing audiences and achieving business growth.
    • Working with Quality team to analyze statistics of CRM database and incorporate results into new processes and procedures to help define future potential programs.
    • Work with colleagues to ensure appropriate processes regarding data production, compliance and privacy.
    • Work with team and set KPI’s and create clear, actionable reports to enable continuous improvement of effectiveness.
    • Manage customer service and order entry team to ensure that all processes are being followed and deadline met.
    • Ensure that all research is completed timely for Monthly pharmaceutical services committee meetings.
    • Support the pharmacy services transition team and to assure smooth transition to Operations.
    • Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Preferred 2 to5 years of customer service management experience.
    • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Customer Service and Order Entry Experience.
    • Politeness, confidence, tact, patience and diplomacy while dealing with complex issues.
    • Proven customer support experience- passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
    • Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
    • Supervisory experience.

    • Ability to build relationships, coach and influence at all levels
    • Ability to exercise effective judgment, discretion, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
    • Ability to switch between strategic and operational, comfortable in a fast growing environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
    • Experience in developing and managing budgets, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
