    Clinical Operations Analyst

     

    Full Time - York, PA

     

    Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare related field, current Pennsylvania Driver’s License, and five years’ management experience with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in healthcare required.

     

    The successful candidate will also be adept to having project management responsibilities for new software and software upgrade projects including but not limited to functional specification creation; and project organization. It is expected that the position will require some travel to Senior LIFE facilities and/or industry conferences.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities of the Clinical Operations Analyst

    • demonstrate ability to recognize clinical and business improvement opportunities
    • assist business leaders in developing strategic plans
    • testing/implementing and training software applications
    • provide staff orientation and training opportunities
    • interface with company personnel at all levels
    • provides consultant services and builds trusting relationships with Senior LIFE program staff through open communication and education
    • census development, utilization, quality, compliance, and staffing

    Qualifications

    Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare related field, current Pennsylvania Driver’s License, five years’ management experience with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in healthcare. Additionally, candidates should work well in a team environment, as well as possess good organizational, communication, and supervisory skills. The ability to effectively handle difficult and unusual interpersonal situations, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately while solve problems and think analytically is also required.
