    Office Manager/HR Assistant

     

    Full Time – Denver Area

The Office Manager/HR Assistant reports to the Corporate Office Manager and is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing building maintenance
    • Overseeing the security system, issuing new fobs, etc.
    • Overseeing the cleaning company
    • Responsible for completing of the new hire process for onboarding team members
    • Specific events planner
    • Administrative support for Denver management team including reception, greeting guests, etc.
    • HR activities
    • Ordering supplies – paper products, office supplies, etc.
    • Shared service responsibilities
    • Support sales and marketing team
