Culinary Services Lead Cook

The Lead Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. This position will also support the Director of Dining Services in supervising daily operations of the kitchen and food production. Responsibilities may include assisting in purchasing and inventory, staff management, maintaining quality and sanitation standards and executing daily production.
High school diploma required, formal culinary training preferred such as an associate's degree in culinary arts or hospitality OR 2-4 years of related experience as a lead cook / kitchen manager.
