Grane Rx is currently seeking a high-energy, bright and motivated entry level Financial Analyst to join our Finance/Accounting team. This position requires a versatile, independent and detail oriented professional. The successful candidate will be trained to prepare financial analysis, create and maintain databases, prepare budget variance analysis, assist in the preparation of annual budgets, and complete other analytical reporting.


The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:


  • Conduct analysis of financial and/or statistical data and interpret the results, for the primary purpose of providing relevant decision making reports to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize technology and systems to access data, populate models, and create presentations.
  • Understand, interpret, and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Prepare key deliverables including presentations, management reports, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Prepare timely, accurate, and consistent business trend analysis.
  • Maintain and update customer performance reports.
  • Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assists with the reconciliation of the physical inventory process.
  • Provide assistance with preparation of the annual budget.
  • Review internal processes for efficiency and work-flow improvement opportunities
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Finance related major from an accredited school, with at least a 3.0 GPA in Finance/Finance related courses and a minimum of 18 credits in Finance or Finance related subjects
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Power Point
  • Solid business writing and verbal communication skills
  • An outstanding work ethic
