Self-starter with Sales and Marketing Experience Sought for Membership-based Outreach Coordinator Position

Senior LIFE is changing the way America sees eldercare, and we need passionate, hardworking, innovative and versatile sales professionals to join our interdisciplinary care teams. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Outreach Sales Coordinator will be an essential piece of this revolutionary mission, carrying out a host of high level marketing and promotional tasks to drive engagement and, ultimately, admissions and enrollment for the LIFE Program. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, Excellent Communication skills, analytical skills, plus a solid background in marketing and/or sales development, ideally within a healthcare or related field.
An ability to effectively prospect, achieve goals, identify potential referral sources and position Senior LIFE in a positive, pioneering light in the community and beyond will be critical to success in this role, as will alignment with all related responsibilities:
The core of the Outreach Sales Coordinator position centers on evaluating new members, and onboarding them into the Senior LIFE community, with direct responsibilities including:
Candidates should be competitive and self starters that thrive in team settings, have the ability to adapt to changing environments, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous healthcare marketing and/or sales is required, as is a proven track record of sales experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations is a plus, and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. A bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is also required.
