Experienced Claims Processor Needed for a Unique Position

 

Full Time – Johnstown, Pa

To fulfill this mission, we are seeking hardworking, dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. Within this team, Practical Administrative Solutions is seeking a talented, experienced Claims Processor.

Responsibilities

 

The responsibilities including:

  • Processing all rejections and determining a strategy to correct billing errors and generate accurate resubmissions
  • Engaging medical record staff and physicians to determine proper diagnoses/procedures to report to member's insurance companies
  • Posting third-party insurance remittance vouchers
  • Preparing member billing for third-party services
  • Other billing-based duties, as needed

Qualifications

 This position requires a versatile, independent and detail-oriented professional. Experience is preferred but not required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
